The Cougars compete in one of the most competitive leagues: the South Coast League. The other schools in the South Coast League are Dana Hills High School, Aliso Niguel High School, Tesoro High School, San Clemente High School, and Mission Viejo High School.
Capo Valley has distinguished itself over the years as a tough competitor, sending individuals to the Ojai CIF Singles/Doubles Championship, and teams to CIF Prelims. Congratulations to the 2008 Lady Cougars by reaching the CIF Prelims again for two years straight! With the leadership of Coach Teri and the commitment of our players, we will continue to foster this winning tradition.
